Shipping Policy


1. Orders and shipments

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked and packaged within 24 hours.

Delivery time: delivery within 48 hours of placing an order, urgent orders can be delivered during holidays.

During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.

3. Update order delivery

If you need to change the delivery address before shipping, please contact us at: Email: [email protected] ;Online Customer Service: WhatsApp Chat We will try to intercept the order, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the interception is successful, the goods will be re-shipped to the new address; If the interception fails, you may need to contact the customer service directly to choose the return, and fill in the new address for delivery

4. The item never arrived 

If you didn’t receive your purchase, don’t worry! We will immediately contact the logistics company to check the status of the package. If the parcel is confirmed to be lost, we will issue you a new item within 24 hours; If you no longer need it, you can also choose a full refund and we will process it for you quickly.

Cancellation & Return Policy Description

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation rules: You can apply to cancel the order at any time before the goods are shipped, and we will immediately handle a full refund for you after the order is successfully cancelled.
2. Shipped order: If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, please pay attention to the logistics information.

Return Policy


1. Return time limit and requirements: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product. Returned items must be in their original condition and in full packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Cases in which returns are not applicable:
1. Clearance goods;
2. Discounted price bundle products (such as 2 pieces plus X yuan plus one free and other combination products);
3. Items that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the sales page.
3. Special circumstances: If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, the above exclusions will not take effect. You can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or using WhatsApp chat. We will cover the cost of return shipping and work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment Methods

We accept all of the following payment methods for secure online payment:

Refund Processing Timeframes

Credit card (including PayPal Credit)

When you pay with a credit card, a refund usually takes between 1 and 2 billing cycles*, depending on the card issuer.

* A credit card billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days. The number of days in each cycle can change, but it should be roughly one month.

We’ll still send a refund to a canceled or prepaid card. Contact your card issuing company to access this money. For checkout transactions, you may use the bank reference ID shown under Activity for tracking refunds with your card issuer.

Debit Card 

When you pay with your debit card, it will generally take up to 5 business days for your refund to be completed, however, depending on your card company, some refunds may take up to 30 days. For checkout transactions, you may use the bank reference ID shown under Activity for tracking refunds with your bank.

If we are unable to apply the refund to your debit card, we will add it to your PayPal balance.

Bank account

When you pay with your bank account, we’ll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.

Some refunds may take up to thirty days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued.

PayPal balance

When you pay with your balance, the refund will go to your PayPal Balance on the same day.
